Robin T. McCain, 26, 1524 S. 16th St., was charged Thursday in La Crosse County District Court with two counts of indecent exposure as a habitual criminal. He is accused of stripping naked at public laundry facilities at the Willy Wash, 1034 Redfield St., on March 1 and at King Koin Launderette, 2238 State Road, on Jan. 31.
McCain denies he was responsible in the January incident, but he was picked out of a photo lineup by a woman who was at the facility at the time, according to police.
McCain told police he was only naked for a minute and thought he was alone.
McCain's record includes a 2002 conviction on four counts of exposing genitals to a child in Milwaukee.
