Amanda M. Mickelson, 17, of 125 Walnut St., was charged Tuesday with uttering forged writing and theft. Town of Campbell police said Mickelson admitted to her mother Nov. 11 that she had taken 10 checks from her and cashed eight of them at La Crosse Kwik Trip stores.
Ryan F. Storandt, 20, of 920 Green Bay St., Onalaska, Wis., was charged Wednesday with possession of cocaine, party to the crime of warehousing and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said officers from several agencies searched Storandt’s home as part of an ongoing drug investigation in December and found cocaine, materials used to distribute drugs, a loaded handgun and other items.
Corey M. Legg, 19, of 1815 Wood St., La Crosse, was charged Wednesday with fleeing an officer and obstructing officers. La Crosse police said as they attempted a traffic stop at 1:07 a.m. Tuesday, Legg fled in his vehicle from the 400 block of Lang Drive to the 900 block of Logan Street, then abandoned the car, which was traced to his mother.
Allison D. Thompson, 30, of 412 Mississippi St., La Crosse, was charged Wednesday with forgery and party to the crime of theft. La Crosse police said on Dec. 22, Thompson forged a check stolen from a West Salem residence.
Jodie A. Cordes, 41, of 1408 Madison St., La Crosse, was charged Friday was possession of a schedule-two narcotic controlled substance. La Crosse police said Cordes was under the influence of an intoxicant while driving Jan. 13, and they found three Oxycodone pills and one table of hydromorphone in her purse.
Andrew L. Meier, 18, of 940 12th Ave. S., Onalaska, Wis., was charged Friday with party to the crime of possession of marijuana, party to the crime of possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to deliver marijuana. Onalaska police said Meier sold marijuana to police informants.
