Shelketo won’t become the owner until after a sale confirmation hearing in La Crosse County Circuit Court. The hearing date hasn’t been set.
Coulee Bank made the first bid, for $180,215, which is the amount it will receive from the sheriff’s sale. It obtained a court judgment against John and Nancy Randall of West Salem, Wis., in early February after they fell behind on loan payments.
John Randall operated the automobile dealership, which closed last year.
