Families, disabled people need help

For Goodness’ Sake needs for this week include: Disabled elderly woman with asthma and on oxygen needs an air conditioner. Call Shannen, (608) 782-0710, ext. 211.
Disabled man needs AB lounger exerciser. Call Marilyn, (608) 785-9766.
Woman needs shelving unit or book case. Call Amy, (608) 785-5738.
Girl, 3 months, needs clothing and blankets. Call Sara, (608) 785-5854.
Two young men with developmental disabilities need bed, dressers, dishes, pots, pans and linens. Call Mia, (608) 784-8453, ext. 244.
Pregnant woman on bedrest needs crib with mattress or bassinet, changing table, baby swing, blankets/bedding, etc. Call Dawn, (608) 785-9837.
Single mother needs dressers. Call Jenny, (608) 785-6058.
High chair needed. Call Theresa, (608) 779-5992, option 2, ext. 8.
Large family needs twin and queen beds, couches, recliners, table and chairs; woman needs washer, dryer, table and chairs. Call Shannen, (608) 782-0710, ext. 211.

Disabled woman, 78 and frail, is moving from nursing home to an apartment; needs 20 new washcloths, washer and dryer. Call Karen, (608) 789-7808.
Disabled man with two small children needs air conditioner. Call Sandy, (608) 785-5517.
Grandmother taking care of two grandchildren needs bunk beds; pregnant woman needs infant car seat. Call Lindsey, (608) 785-5841.
School supplies are needed for the annual Back to School Campaign. Supplies can be dropped off at: Wal-Mart, ShopKo, Office Depot, Quillin’s, Kwik Trip Stores, Salvation Army, La Crosse County Health Department or United Way. Money can be sent and payable to Community Liaison Program, 300 N. Fourth St., La Crosse, WI 54601-3228.
