Greg Lowe at Maplewood Imports

Greg Lowe has been in the automotive business since 1969 and continues to enjoy each and every day. "Cars have always been an interest of mine ever since I can remember. It is really exciting to see the changes and progress the automotive industry has made over the years." Greg moved to La Crosse in 1976 and invested over 20 years selling vehicles and making many good friends. Over the years La Crosse became my home and will always be special. Now Greg has relocated to Hudson, Wisconsin and begins a new chapter in his life. Professionally he is employed at Maplewood Imports in Minnesota, selling Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Pre-Owned vehicles. He attributes his success to superior customer service and satisfaction. Derek Dahl Appointed District Sales Manager for Mutual of Omaha in La Crosse

Derek Dahl has been appointed district sales manager for Mutual of Omaha in La Crosse for the Eric Guth Division Office in La Crosse. In his new position, Dahl will provide product and field training to the Company's sales representatives. Dahl joined the Companies as a Sales Representative at the Eric Guth Division Office in La Crosse in 1999. Mutual of Omaha is a full-service, multi-line organization providing insurance and financial services products for individuals, businesses and groups throughout the United States.

Franciscan Skemp Healthcare TAG Wins Outstanding Volunteer Award

Nick Springer, a volunteer in Franciscan Skemp's Teen-Aged Group Services program, recently received the Outstanding Volunteer Award in the Youth category from the Coulee Region Volunteer Coordinators (CRVC). CRVC is a group comprised of volunteer coordinators who represent a wide variety of non-profit agencies in the Coulee Region. Each year, the group presents an award to an outstanding volunteer in each of these four categories: Youth, Adult, Senior and Family/Group. Candidates are nominated by their volunteer coordinator in recognition of significant contributions to their respective organization and the community at large. Nick began his volunteer service at Franciscan Skemp in June of 2004 and has donated 128 hours over the past three years. Nick has shown a strong commitment to his regularly scheduled assignments of transporting patients for the Physical Therapy department and delivering flowers to patients. He also assists with special events and activities such as the NICU picnic, Tiny Tim Gal a Benefits and the Biggest Baby Shower Ever. Nick has also been an active participant on the Volunteer Management Team - Advisory Board for two years. "Nick is a gift to our community," says Ruth Morgan, TAGS coordinator. "I am confident that he will continue to serve as a role model to others and make a positive contribution to our society." Nick also demonstrates his service and leadership abilities through his involvement at school and at church. He is president of the Aquinas High School Student Council, a member of the National Honor Society and vice-president of the Right to Life Club. Nick is also a CCD teacher's assistant at Holy Trinity and helps with annual Mardi Gras events. He is also a Boy Scout earning his Eagle Scout distinction.

Gundersen Lutheran Surgeon Elected to National Post

Thomas Cogbill, MD, Gundersen Lutheran General Surgery, has been elected to serve as a director for the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) from 2007 to 2012. He will serve as the representative from the American Board of Surgery (ABS). "We were all thrilled a year ago when Dr. Cogbill was elected as a director of the ABS," says David Chestnut, MD, director, Medical Education. "Now he will serve as a director of both the ABS and the ABFM for the next five years. This is a signal honor, both for Dr. Cogbill and also for Gundersen Lutheran, which provides the professional environment, encouragement and support that allow our staff to assume leadership positions at a national level." Dr. Cogbill is a full-time general surgeon at Gundersen Lutheran and has served as the surgery residency program director since 1990. He is a clinical professor of surgery at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Medical School. Cogbill also serves on the executive committee of the Western Surgical Association and

represents the organization on the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Advisory Council for General Surgery. He currently is chairman of the ACS Wisconsin Committee on Trauma and a past president of the Wisconsin Surgical Society and Western Trauma Association. ABS and ABFM are independent, non-profit organizations founded for the purpose of certifying physicians who have met a defined standard of education, training and knowledge in their specialty. Cogbill has been with Gundersen Lutheran for 25 years.

On May 1, 2007 Electronic House Magazine announced that The Audio Video Pros, Inc. of Onalaska, WI was selected from over 300 entries and received the Magazines "Home of the Year Awards 2007" runner-up award for Best Home Theater in the $50,001.00 to $100,000.00 category. Expansion Continues at Logistics Health Incorporated

Logistics Health Incorporated (LHI), a La Crosse, Wisconsin-based provider of innovative health solutions, is proud to announce the following additions to its management team of highly-skilled professionals. William Winkenwerder, Jr., BS, MBA, MD has joined LHI's board of directors and the company's executive team. In his new role, Dr. Winkenwerder will advise and counsel LHI on business development and strategic planning initiatives. Dr. Winkenwerder formerly served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and has held executive management positions with healthcare and educational organizations including Blue Cross Blue Shield. Dr. Winkenwerder's extensive experience has made him a recognized national expert in the healthcare field. Dr. Winkenwerder graduated from Davidson College, and the University of North Carolina, School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at North Carolina Memorial Hospital. Dr. Winkenwerder is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He also completed a fellowship in health services research at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Walter Haag, BS, MS recently joined LHI as a company Director and Program Manager for the Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA) Program for the U.S. Department of Defense. In this role, Mr. Haag oversees all operations supporting the PDHRA program and is responsible for its success. Mr. Haag comes to LHI with more than 37 years of experience in the United States Army, Army Medical Department. Most recently, Mr. Haag served as Colonel and Director of Reserve Affairs, Office of the Surgeon General. Mr. Haag was recently awarded the Legion of Merit with one Oak Leaf Cluster from the U.S. Army and was appointed to the Order of the 88th Division from the 88th Regional Readiness Command at Fort Snelling, MN. Mr. Haag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Midland Lutheran College, Fremont, NE. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Education Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Mr. Haag also attended the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle Barracks, PA.

Diana Henry, BS recently joined LHI as Manager of Corporate Communications. Ms. Henry has more than eight years of experience in broadcast journalism. Most recently, Ms. Henry co-anchored the 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. newscasts for WXOW-TV, the ABC affiliate in La Crosse, Wisconsin. During her career at WXOW, Ms. Henry reported on a variety of topics including everything from city government to various social causes. Her exemplary work in journalism has resulted in several honors by the Wisconsin Broadcaster's Association, Wisconsin Associated Press, the Upper Midwest chapter of the National Television Academy, and Children's Miracle Network. Throughout the area, Ms. Henry is known for her involvement in community organizations such as serving on the board for Stepping Stones, a local children's advocacy center. In her role at LHI, Ms. Henry will oversee public relations, charitable contributions, marketing communications, and brand management. Ms. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass

Communications with a minor in Speech from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Gary Parins has recently been promoted to Director of Event Management. In his previous role, Mr. Parins served as Manager of LHI's Group Events Department for more than two years. LHI's Group Events Department coordinates and executes a wide variety of activities surrounding the company's on-site health and dental screening events which occur nationwide. In his new role, Mr. Parins will oversee the process and people responsible for coordination of these on-site events. He will also work closely with internal customers including a wide variety of LHI departments, ensuring adherence to contractual procedures. Mr. Parins supports various local organizations through volunteerism; they include the American Red Cross, Crime Stoppers, Big Brothers and Sisters, the YMCA and the Salvation Army. Mr. Parins attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Suzanne Fritsch, BS has recently been appointed to serve as Director of Quality Assurance and Project Management, a newly created position. In her new role, Ms. Fritsch will be responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of operational quality assurance, auditing, and quality control. She will also oversee the company's Project Management department, including new business program development, process design, and change management. Ms. Fritsch has held various positions within LHI's Operations and Finance departments over the last seven years and most recently served as Director of Program Support. Ms. Fritsch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Todd Clark, BS, Ph.D. has recently been promoted to Senior Project Manager. In his previous role, Mr. Clark designed and implemented business processes for new projects and programs under various government contracts. Mr. Clark has also helped to support various internal initiatives including the implementation of LHI's multi-million dollar software solution, MEDnet. In his new role, Mr. Clark will be responsible for various project management functions including technical writing, training, process refinement and implementation, and other management functions. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Georgia. He is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Lanaya Peterson, BS has recently been promoted to Proposal Manager. In her previous role, Ms. Peterson served as Business Development Coordinator and was responsible for writing and producing proposal content. In her new role, Ms. Peterson will be responsible for the overall development of proposals and management of the proposal process. Ms. Peterson has more than ten years experience (including five with LHI) in the healthcare services industry and was previously employed by ChoicePoint, a leading pre- and post-employment drug screening and employee qualification company. Ms. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin; she graduated with honors.
