(AP) — The Minnesota Vikings signed guard Brian Daniels, safety Tyler Everett, wide receiver Joel Filani, and running back Arkee Whitlock to their practice squad Monday. Daniels and Whitlock signed with the Vikings as rookie free agents in May and participated in training camp. Everett entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with Denver last year, then spent the first 13 weeks of the season on Chicago's practice squad before he moved up to the Bears' active roster for the final four weeks of the season and played in three games. Filani was drafted by Tennessee in the 6th round (188th overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft. The Vikings have one remaining spot open on the practice squad. On Sunday, rookie guard Brian Daniels was waived to make room for tight end Garrett Mills, who was claimed off waivers from New England.
