The Milwaukee Tec Campus is short $228 in funding just one employee benefit. The County of Milwaukee is short $1 billion for just one benefit of its County employees. The list goes on and on. Now add to that list a $35 million dollar school referendum of our own, a $45 million dollar Jail, and a City that has the Highest mill rate in WI, fastest growing property tax in WI, and in a State with the highest per capita debt for a State in the USA, and $391 million in property encompassed in TIFs up to 27 years?
