District 13 is on La Crosse’s near South Side along the Mississippi River.
District 25 is on French Island in the town of Campbell.
The Tribune asked all six candidates to fill out a questionnaire on 10 issues, including property taxes, the jail addition, the county administrator’s contract and the comprehensive plan.
