Plungers mark 10th year of charity for Special Olympics

Brrrrr ... These plungers were ‘freezin’ for a reason’ on Saturday during La Crosse’s 10th annual Polar Plunge at Black River Beach. Plungers celebrated the 10-year anniversary with a super plunge where some participants jumped into the freezing water 10 times. Event organizers also recognized people that have plunged all 10 years.
