These plungers were ‘freezin’ for a reason’ on Saturday during La Crosse’s 10th annual Polar Plunge at Black River Beach. The La Crosse event alone has raised more than $1 million for Special Olympics in the past 10 years. Plungers celebrated the 10-year anniversary with a super plunge where some participants jumped into the freezing water 10 times.
