The fair will include a BloodCenter of Wisconsin blood drive from noon to 5 p.m., health screenings, hands-on activities, educational displays, food and door prizes.
More than 40 local agencies will participate. Shuttle buses will operate throughout the day, running every 30 minutes from Midwest Security in Onalaska and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (corner of 16th and Vine streets). A bus also will be available at 12:30 p.m. at the Carroll Heights Nutrition Site, 3505 Park Lane.
