It is possible that the American League Central Division will soon undergo a “market correction,” as Wall Street-types might say, with the Tigers returning to what many believed was their rightful place in first and the young Twins tumbling to last.

Or ... Carlos Gomez steals 70 bases, Livian Hernandez wins 16 games, Joe Mauer claims another batting title and the Twins make like 1991 and grab the division while no one is looking.
It’s also possible that Tony La Russa will run out of magic, the Cubs will run out of pitching and the fashionable preseason favorites to win the NL Central, the Brewers, will start hitting and take over first for good.

Or ... the underdog Cards and talent-laden Cubs are in it for the long haul and the Brewers’ not-so-young youngsters will continue to disappoint.

At least all the bases are covered with those predictions.
