HOLMEN, Wis. — The La Crosse County Highway Department will be reconstructing Hwy. V beginning today between Hwy. DH and Hwy. TT. Parking along Hwy. V will be restricted during reconstruction time.

The village of Holmen will also update its water and sewer utilities in a number of locations. The highway will remain open to traffic with flag people directing during construction hours. Delays can be expected. The project is estimated to be completed by the end of June.
