COURTS: The following appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court:

AccusedLinda M. Zibrowski, 33, of 410 West Ave. S., was charged Tuesday with operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit card. Zibrowski is accused of keeping a person’s vehicle for 10 days without consent, stealing and forging several checks and using that person’s credit card to purchase $369 worth of merchandise at a local store, according to the criminal complaint. Zibrowski reportedly admitted to the offenses but blamed them on bipolar disorder and smoking marijuana,
La Crosse police said.
Leroy A. Woodworth, 24, of Sparta, Wis., was charged Tuesday with felony bail jumping, fourth offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration and possession of drug paraphernalia. When West Salem police stopped Woodworth about 1:02 a.m. Tuesday, he had a marijuana pipe on his lap, according to the criminal complaint.
Matthew A. Roy, 17, of 1421 Market Street, No. 3. was charged Tuesday with two counts of felony bail jumping and one count of underage consumption of alcohol. According to the criminal complaint, Roy drank alcohol and violated a no-contact provision of a felony bond.
Arnell Reynolds, 46, no address given, was charged Tuesday with sexual offender registry violation. Reynolds is accused in a criminal complaint of failing to register when he moved from Kansas to Wisconsin last fall.
Daniel P. Hutschenreuter, 37, of W5585 Hwy. MM, Lot 218, was charged Tuesday with two counts of felony bail jumping and one count of domestic
disorderly conduct. Hutschen-reuter is accused in a criminal complaint of being involved in a domestic incident May 6 on Hwy. 16, violating his felony bond.
Matthew A. James, 32, of 1018 Liberty St., was charged Tuesday with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. James is accused of using a fake name to obtain a prescription painkiller at an area hospital March 28.

Pleaded
Linda Morgan, 59, who now lives in Roseville, Ill., pleaded no contest May 7 to felony bail jumping. In exchange, prosecutors dropped three counts of theft in a business setting and one additional count of felony bail jumping. Morgan, who had been accused of stealing thousands of dollars while working as a travel agent in 2005 and 2006, will be sentenced July 3.

You are 100% right. Tax payers should not have to pay for such things. I at one time was one of these people that did not honor the courts and I am sorry. I apologize to you and to other tax payers for the costs of teaching me a lesson. Please read my comments above and rest assured that the money I did cost the taxpayers was well spent and I once again apologize to you. "
