    " To Just the Facts:

You are 100% right. Tax payers should not have to pay for such things. I at one time was one of these people that did not honor the courts and I am sorry. I apologize to you and to other tax payers for the costs of teaching me a lesson. Please read my comments above and rest assured that the money I did cost the taxpayers was well spent and I once again apologize to you. "

" Part two to comment below:

I am so greatful to Judge Montabon and to Prosecuter Scott Horne for giving me that prison time because that is when I really sat back and examined my life and decided to better myself. I took advantage of the free schooling and other things offered to better myself. Thanks to them I have never been in jail since and I am alive to watch my grand children grow up. Prison saved my life, maybe it would save theirs too. "

" I am not trying to pat my own back here or anything. I am just telling it like it is. I was at one time, quite the trouble maker. I was in and out of jail and thought it was a joke until I got sentenced by Judge Dennis Montabon to 18 months at Taycheedah Corr. Inst. I ended up doing around 9 months and then I was released and I tell you, from my heart that it was the best thing in the world for me. "

" Most all the people are repeat offenders. Give them some prison time to sit and think about what is right and what is wrong. I can tell you that they will not change until they have to sit some prison time or decent amount of jail time. Give them 18 months or 2 years. They will most likely be out in 9 months to a year and I am willing to bet they will have changed and you will have done the communtiy a big favor, and in the long run, you will have done them a big favor too. "

" IN the courts today, almost all are repeat offenders! Most have multiple bail jumping charges! Apparently the judges instructions mean very little to these professional criminals! Do we ever collect bail jumping money before we release them again to harass the general public? Are they required to pay or do we just issue another bracelet? How many bracelets can they wear? How much money do taxpayers have invested in bracelets? "
