The 13th Annual Coulee Christian Golf Scramble will be at noon Friday at Cedar Valley Golf Course between Winona, Minn., and LaCrosse. Cost is $85 and includes a prime rib and walleye buffet. To register call (608) 786-3004.
The Wheels of Justice Tour, bringing firsthand accounts from Iraq and Palestine, will present “Occupations and Oppressions” from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Cameron Park, King and Fifth streets, and will present “The U.S., Iraq and Palestine: Why it Matters” from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Monday at the La Crosse Public Library, 800 Main St. www.JusticeWheels.org.
