Bean finishes 7th in Pocono 200

Dexter Bean, a 20-year-old ARCA/REMAX Series driver from Westby, Wis., keeps moving up in the ARCA season points standings.

Bean, who struggled in his first few races with Team Glock, began to turn his season around on May 4 at the Kentucky Speedway, where he finished 11th.

He continued his recent hot streak with a seventh-place finish in the Pocono 200 on Saturday, making it his second-straight top-10 finish. In his last four races, Bean has finishes of 11th, 22nd, third and seventh.

Bean is currently 11th in the standings, just 75 points out of the top 10. The next ARCA race is set for Friday at Michigan International Speedway.
