APPLETON, Wis. — An Outagamie County judge has amended a criminal disorderly conduct charge against Packers linebacker Nick Barnett to an ordinance violation.

The criminal charge was filed after Barnett was involved in a fight at an Appleton nightclub last year. Barnett was accused of throwing a drink at a woman and pushing her down during an argument.
Barnett met the conditions of a plea agreement he entered last May. Barnett completed anger management counseling, paid a $500 forfeiture and stayed out of trouble.

The judge’s decision filed Friday means the case is now closed.
