HOPKINS, Minn. (AP) — Hopkins police said the death of an elderly woman is suspicious.

A family member who had gone to the woman's apartment to check on her called 911 to report a medical emergency Monday night. When officers arrived, they found the woman dead.
The woman's name has not been released. Police said they are treating the death as suspicious.

No other details were released.
