St. Cloud man charged with producing child porn

ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) — A 42-year-old St. Cloud man has been charged with producing child pornography at the home where his wife runs a day care.

A federal grand jury indicted Dennis Lemke on Monday, accusing him of taking numerous photographs and videos of young children.

St. Cloud Police received a complaint in October that Lemke had inappropriately touched a girl, and a search warrant was granted to search Lemke's home.

According to court documents, a camera seized from his home contained about 300 images of child pornography, and Lemke appeared in some of the photos.

An attorney for Lemke in the federal public defender's office did not immediately return a call Thursday seeking comment.
