Courts By Tribune staff For Friday, July 18, 2008 The following appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court: ACCUSED Lance Larson, 35, no known address, was charged Thursday with felony bail jumping. Larson is accused of violating a condition of his bond by using computers on Wednesday, according to the criminal complaint.Lavell Early, 27, of 820 S. Eighth St. was charged Thursday with escape. Early did not return to the La Crosse County Jail on Monday after a four-day furlough, according to the criminal complaint.Sarah Mugan, 28, of West Salem, Wis., was charged Thursday with physical abuse of a child. Mugan is accused of pinching a 7-year-old girl in January, according to the criminal complaint.Kathleen Roedel, 27, of 1316 S. Fourth St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia, both as a repeat offender. Roedel was found with a prescription pain pill and a glass pipe July 9, according to the criminal complaint.Shawn Davis, 35, of 1725 La Crescent St., Apt. 89, was charged Thursday with misdemeanor theft and two counts of forgery. Davis is accused of stealing a man’s checkbook June 26 and forging two checks from the account, according to the criminal complaint.
