Foundation work ongoing at shrine

Sept. 8, 2004 The foundations are going in for the church at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The Stations of the Cross are nearly complete. And finishing touches are being installed on the blacktop trail leading from Our Lady of Good Counsel Votive Chapel to the blufftop site of what will be the church plaza.
