Interstate traffic backed up for miles near Janesville By Lee Newspapers

Traffic is backed up for nearly eight miles on the westbound lanes of Interstate 39-90 near Janesville due to buckled pavement.
According to the State Patrol, the traffic backup is increasing rapidly due to emergency repairs on the highway after portions of the pavement expanded due to the heat.
