HOLMEN, Wis. — Hannah Rock was crowned Friday as Miss Holmen for 2008.

Rock, a University of Wisconsin-La Crosse student and daughter of Gary and Beth Rock, finished ahead of five other contestants in the 26th annual scholarship pageant.
First runner-up was Elizabeth Butler, a Holmen High School student and daughter of Chris and Lisa Butler. Second runner-up was Elizabeth Rosendale, also a UW-L student, and the daughter of Stephen and Jeanne Rosendale.

The pageant took place at the Trygve Mathison Fine Arts Center at Holmen High School. The other contestants were Laura Gregor, Brianna Herber and Meghan Rinehart.
