ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Authorities have pulled a body from the Mississippi River near an area where they were searching for a missing St. Paul teenager.

The body was found Tuesday near the Ford plant in St. Paul.
Police said the body was too badly decomposed to immediately determine if it is that of 17-year-old Joey Kaiser, who disappeared in May after leaving his house in a "manic state."

The Ramsey County medical examiner's office is working to identify the remains.
