The following appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court: Accused
Debra Powell, 48, of 619 N. Eighth Place, was charged Tuesday with forgery as a repeat offender. Powell is accused of forging checks from a man’s bank account in June, according to criminal complaint.
Seth McCormick, 18, of 1707 Wood St., was charged Tuesday with possession with intent to deliver THC, possession of THC and two counts of drug paraphernalia. Officers found individually wrapped bags of marijuana and pipes in McCormick’s car Saturday, according to the criminal complaint.
The following appeared in Crawford County Circuit Court:
Sentenced
Jerome Rudie, 49, of Soldiers Grove was sentenced Monday to six years in prison and two years of extended supervision on a charge of sexual assault of a child younger than age 16. Rudie was accused of inappropriately touching a 15-year-old girl in March.
