Police lie, they are people. All I am saying is there is more behind this story than what people are being led to believe. "

All people here should be happy it was Sparta cops. In LA the cop would have pulled his gun and killed them both in 2 seconds. Happens everyday here. The mother is a loser. Hopefully she is renting because she will be sued by the officers in a civil case. She is the one to blame and these are not kids. 19-21 year olds. "

Facts are facts, and once cops unlawfully entered the house, all charges should be dropped as it. Rip apart Sparta, rip apart the people there...and nothing about the corrupt police force. Why is that? Once this goes to court, we shall see. "

" Just a tidbit of information, take it or leave it. The officers were lawfully on scene. While in contact with subjects outside of the residence, at least one of the officers was assaulted, which is a felony. The suspected felon then fled into the residence. The officers then conducted a warrantless entry into the residence and effected the arrest of the suspect(s). The warrantless entry of the residence was lawful under the "Hot Pursuit" exception of the 4th amendment. Exigent circumstances allow law enforcement personnel to conduct warrantless entries/searches of places or things where they would normally need a search warrant for. Knowledge is power. "

And she couldn't possibly want to deflect scrutiny from her role in the underage drinking and to protect the "kids" (2 of whom were grown-up enough to go after cops)? Nawwww...just not possible. Ha! Also crack down on drinking and driving more with stiffer penalites since that is what a lot of people are worried about. I'm sure this would solve a lot of the underage problems. "

They are humiliated because they didn't raise their children to know right from wrong and that drinking underage (or buying for those underage) was okay. They do all they can to shift the blame and the focus on to someone else.
But I want to know if the parents of the other kids at the party were aware of the drinking? Oh wait, it is Sparta, they probably bought it.
This has nothing to do with corrupt cops in a small town...it has everything to do with corrupt parents who will do anything to save their precious image. Admit you were wrong and move on. "
