Buying the dirt off the street?
When I heard David Pfaff was offering to buy the black dirt off the road from Hwy. D to North Street in Mindoro, I thought, this isn’t right. It’s like he is receiving a gift and being asked to pay for the wrapping paper. This road will only benefit Mr. Pfaff. The people on North Street do not want it.
Come on taxpayers, when you give a gift, have some manners. Give him the dirt, too.
