We have known John Meyer and his family for over 25 years. John is exactly the person that Houston County needs to represent us and our communities. John’s dedication to our community through decades of service in a variety of organizations, such as the fire department, first responders, Emergency Medical Service Pre-Hospital Advisory Committee, La Crescent Planning Commission and our local sportsman’s club, demonstrates his commitment to serving us and our communities.
What makes John an excellent candidate is the fact that he has held positions of leadership in all of the above mentioned. He has the courage and compassion that we need to represent us at the county
level.
Currently, our country is experiencing trying financial times, and our county needs leadership that has proven financial responsibility and the ability to make necessary and tough decisions that keep our county in financial health while not jeopardizing important social programs. John Meyer is that person.
We support John Meyer and encourage our community to do the same.
