She gave five of her high school classmates high-paying government jobs once she was elected governor. Franci Havemeister was a real estate agent, who upon being chosen as director of the state Department of Agriculture, cited her love of cows as a youth in reference to her being suitable for the position.
Palin and friends have used the sexism card in Palin’s defense of media vetting. Palin said of Hillary Clinton in March, “When I hear a statement like that, coming from a woman with any bit of a perceived whine, about that excess criticism, that sharper microscope, I think, ‘Man, that doesn’t do us any good.’”
Palin has used Alaska’s proximity to Russia as foreign policy experience. Among her other foreign policy merits include getting her first passport in 2007 to visit Alaskan troops in Afghanistan. She admitted she hasn’t met any foreign leaders.
Palin is a frightening person to be that close to be running this country. People cannot depend on Fox News, CNN or MSNBC to make up their mind for them. Do your own research!
