Madison business manager charged with fraud

MADISON — The former business manager for a Madison landscape and urban planning firm was charged today with theft, identity theft and fraud for allegedly stealing more than $130,000 from company coffers. Authorities allege that the vast majority of the money was spent on Internet gambling.
