West Salem woman dies in crash
WARRENS, Wis. — A 40-year-old West Salem woman died Friday from injuries she sustained in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 94 near Warrens, the Wisconsin State Patrol reported.
The woman, whose name is being withheld until her family is notified, was alone in her car traveling east near mile marker 134 when her car struck the guardrail and entered the ditch, coming to rest 30 feet off the roadway. She was taken to Tomah Memorial Hospital, where she later died, the state patrol said.
