Patricia ‘Jenny’ (Aschebrook) Miller
WEST SALEM — Patricia “Jenny” (Aschebrook) Miller, 40, of West Salem passed away on Friday, Sept. 26, 2008, as a result of an automobile accident. She was born on Jan. 26, 1968.
Jenny attended Central High School. After high school, she went to Cosmetology school in Milwaukee and worked as a hair stylist for a few years in La Crosse. She then worked at Midwest Security Insurance Co. and later pursued a career in automobile sales and as a finance manager for various dealerships in the La Crosse area. Jenny was in the process of starting a new venture in home health care while furthering her education in psychology.
Jenny enjoyed life; she was a very determined and self-motivated person. She loved riding motorcycle, snowmobiling, shopping, traveling with her family and friends and just spending quality time with those she loved. Jenny was always willing to lend a hand if needed. Her friends will remember her not only by her strong will and drive to succeed, but also by one of her special hobbies, knitting. You could always count on getting a knitted sweater or hat and mittens for your birthday or other special occasion.
Jenny was a very unique person; she was a great mom and wonderful friend to many. She pursued the dreams of her boys and followed through with them in each of their individual accomplishments. Her life here was too short; we need to cherish and enjoy every moment. We will never forget you, Jenny; your memory will be with us always.
She is survived by her three sons, Garrett Thicke, Patrick Thicke and Hunter Miller, all of West Salem; her special friend, Eric Everson of West Salem; her sister, Jean Aschebrook of Madison; two brothers, Johnny Aschebrook of Wausau, Wis., and James “Jay” Aschebrook of Madison; her father, Kenneth Aschebrook of Anchorage, Alaska; three aunts, Pat Bloomquist, Joan Damerell, both of Wausau, and Barbara Marschall of Rothschild, Wis.
