NEENAH, Wis. (AP) — A 53-year-old man found dead in a car parked at a school apparently was asphyxiated, and his 16-year-old son is expected to be charged in the death, Neenah police said.

Neenah police Lt. Jeff Malcore declined to describe exactly how the man was killed, but said he wasn't strangled. He said the killer "used a tool," refusing to give any other details.
Officers received a call about 3:30 a.m. Sunday about a vehicle with a body inside at Lakeview School just outside Neenah.

The teenager was taken into custody about five hours later at a Neenah apartment. A juvenile girl at the apartment also was taken in for questioning but has been released.

The teen is expected to be in court today.

Malcore said Neenah police had been called to the apartment twice in the week before the teen was arrested. He said no arrests were made in those calls.
