The following appeared in La Crosse County Circuit Court: Accused
Marcus L. Weston, 27, Terrell L. Quinn, 22, and Kalan S. Mabins, 17, all of Winona, Minn., were each charged Friday with two counts of being party to the crime of robbery with use of force, burglary, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and criminal damage to property. Weston also was charged with two counts of resisting arrest. The men are accused of robbing men in separate incidences and then burglarizing a home Wednesday evening. They also are accused of coming to La Crosse in a stolen vehicle, and when police were attempting to arrest Weston, he struggled to get away from officers, according to a criminal complaint.
Daniel L. Boreson, 61, of 136 S. 10th St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with second-degree reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, pointing a firearm at another person and disorderly conduct while armed. Boreson is accused of firing a handgun in the air outside a residence on the 100 block of South Ninth Street about 6:38 p.m. Thursday. He also is accused of pointing the gun at people inside a home and making threats, one of the people inside told La Crosse police, according to a criminal complaint.
Troy J. Smith, 18, of 115 Long Coulee Road, Holmen, was charged Friday with second offense delivery of marijuana. Smith is accused of selling marijuana to a police informant July 15 in Onalaska, according to a criminal complaint.
Darcy J. Sonsalla, 31, of Arcadia was charged Friday with four counts of delivery of narcotics and one count each of conspiracy to deliver narcotics and possession of marijuana. According to a criminal complaint, Sonsalla sold oxycontin pills to a police informant three times in September.
Jerad J. Tracy, 27, of 3202 S. Locust Ave., Holmen, was charged Friday with attempting to flee an officer, fourth offense operating while intoxicated and with a prohibited alcohol concentration, burglary and operating after revocation. Tracy is accused of leading a La Crosse County sheriff’s deputy and a Holmen police officer in a car chase at speeds of 100 mph Wednesday night before crashing into a driveway on Amsterdam Prairie Road. He then broke into a Holmen area business and stole the key to a vehicle, according to a criminal complaint.
Eric W. Kline, 35, 1212 S. Fourth St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with felony bail jumping. Kline is accused of violating curfew set as part of a prior felony bond, according to a criminal complaint.
