FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (AP) � A Fergus Falls man has drawn a 4-year prison sentence for a drunken driving crash that killed his passenger.

Charles Lee Keller was driving on an Otter Tail County road near Dead Lake in June 2007 when he lost control of his vehicle and it hit a tree and caught fire.
Jana Lee Dokkebakken of Fergus Falls was killed.

Court files show Keller had a blood-alcohol content of 0.19 about an hour after the crash, well over the legal limit. He pleaded guilty to criminal vehicular homicide.

Keller apologized for the crash at his sentencing Monday.
