" I only drove once when I was high years ago, and it definitely impaired me. They'd need to come up with some type of tool to test levels, or it will never be legalized. I'm not against legalizing it, but it can be just as dangerous as driving drunk. "

" conscience, it is not regulated NOW ... so you dont know whos high anyway as it stands. May as well squash the black market and tax it ... ya know?

When I used to get high, I actually became a more attentive driver after a little.

It should be legal, and with Obama, we have a chance. search youtube "obama I inhaled" is true.

Al Capone did not create the prohibition, the prohibition created Al Capone. Keep that in mind.

People with drug problems should be put into rehab not prison, that would solve a lot of troubles and cost too. Could do the clinics with money made from legal pot sales. Too simple? hmmm "

" Showing your genius Pickles... arent you for the smoking ban? Iffin it were legal as you seem to be in favor... where would the smokers go to enjoy the herb? "

" How would you regulate THC levels for driving purposes? It stays in your system for weeks, and it definitely impairs reaction time and driving ability. "

" The only reason marijuana is illegal is because the government hasn't found a way to tax it. True story. =) "

" Big deal, just a sign of the times, although what he did was against the law. We have a brewery in LaCrosse which has indirectly caused more death's, personal injury, domestic violence, children being neglected and maimed than all of the pot growing operations ever in the hisory of America. Hemp should be utilised for it has many uses and THC doesnt make you violent as the mind impairing substance alcohol. "
