.
La Crosse Common Council member Andrea Richmond has called a meeting for the city’s upper North Side at 6 p.m. today at Roosevelt Elementary School. La Crosse School District Superintendent Jerry Kember will answer questions residents might have on the upcoming school referendum. The agenda also includes time to discuss a proposed referendum on a city ambulance service and other neighborhood concerns. The meeting is open to the public.
" First and foremost, This Meeting was called and paid for by her for her constituients. I hope she gives seats to all District One residents first, and then let's the rest file in! "
