HOW THEY DID: The La Crosse Blue Stars have won two silver medals and one bronze medal in the past week. They scored a season-high 74.7 points Tuesday and took third place behind the Cavaliers of Rosemont, Ill., (79 points) and Phantom Regiment of Rockford, Ill. (78.4 points) in Dubuque, Iowa. They scored 74.5 points for second place Sunday in Madison and 73.3 points for second place June 25 in West Des Moines, Iowa. They scored 70.4 points for fourth place June 26 at DCI Central Illinois, the first major competition of the season.
