TOMAH - Eric Ness, Wisconsin district office director for the U.S. Small Business Administration, will speak and answer questions about SBA loan programs at a small business forum at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Community Room at the Western Technical College's Tomah campus at 120 E. Milwaukee St.

State Rep. Mark Radcliffe, D-Black River Falls, will host the forum. It is open to the public.
