50-Year ordination celebration: The Rev. Charles W. Hulsether of Viroqua will mark 50 years of ordained ministry with a celebration Sunday at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 504 S. Main St., Viroqua. He will be honored at both 8:30 and 10 a.m. worship services, and during a 9:30 a.m. coffee/cake reception. Now retired, his last call was as chaplain for Bethel Home and Services, Viroqua, where he was executive director of its foundation. A graduate of Luther College, Decorah, Iowa, and Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minn., Hulsether served several parishes in Iowa, as well as the Mount Sterling and Utica Lutheran churches in Mount Sterling, Wis.
