DE SOTO - Two people were injured Tuesday in a three-vehicle crash on Hwy. 35 near De Soto.

According to the Crawford County Sheriff's Department, a 2007 Toyota driven by Kenyon Kemnitz, 26, of La Crosse, was southbound on Hwy. 35 when Kemnitz made a left turn in front of a 1994 Dodge Ram pickup driven by Mighael Manning, 66, of Lansing, striking it and then pushing it into a 1991 Chevrolet 1500 pickup driven by Randy Kuhnke, 54, of Ferryville. Kuhnke's vehicle was stopped at the stop sign on Hwy. 82 waiting to turn south onto Hwy. 35.

Kemnitz was uninjured and cited for failure to yield right of way to oncoming vehicle. Manning was uninjured and was not cited.

Kuhnke and his passenger, Paul Hagensick, 54, of Lynxville, were  transported to Gundersen Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and both were cited for not wearing their seatbelts.
