MINNEAPOLIS - A person who lived near a man who was fatally stabbed in northeast Minneapolis has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Police say 31-year-old Brandon Keeler was found dead in his apartment Saturday morning. His brother, Tony Keeler, says he had been stabbed to death.

A 31-year-old man who lives about a mile from the victim was booked into the county jail Saturday night.

The victim's sister-in-law, Darla Keeler, says her brother-in-law was fun loving and lived life to the fullest.
